Fire Risk Assessor

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Fire Risk Assessor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor who wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

The Fire Risk Assessor, will be responsible for:

• Conducting site-based inspections within a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial and residential within a specified timescale.
• Carrying our FRA's using an app either on a tablet or phone
• Regular communication with the back office teamto co-ordinate assessment data through to report completion.
• The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK staying away from home as and when required .
• Act as a representative of Mitie whilst on client sites.

To be successful for this Fire Risk Assessor role you must have:

• You will need to have as a minimum a NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or other recognised fire qualification.
• A qualification in Health and Safety would be an advantage
• You should have a proven track record in producing high quality detailed FRA reports. A full driving license is essential for this role

• You will need a can-do approach and a helpful hands-on attitude, as well as great attention to detail
• Able to work as a member of a team
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to conduct surveys throughout client sites
• Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner and represent the company.
