Part II Architectural Assistant - Commercial Team
Part 2 Architectural Assistant â Commercial Team at a Prestigious UK Practice
A prestigious UK architecture practice, celebrated for its innovative and sustainable designs, is seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Commercial Team in Central London. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000-£33,000 and the chance to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects, including mixed-use developments featuring hotels, residential spaces, and offices across stages 3 and 4, as well as a new stage 1 scheme. If youâre eager to apply your design talents in a collaborative, creative environment, this opportunity is tailored for you.
In this position, youâll support a range of exciting projects, from early-stage concepts to detailed design phases, working alongside experienced architects and designers. Your strong design skills and Revit proficiency will be key as you help shape a mixed-use hotel, residential, and office development at stage 1, while also contributing to stages 3 and 4 detailing on other schemes. Commercial experience is a plus - especially if paired with residential work - but not essential, making this role ideal for a Part 2 ready to grow their skills across varied project types. Youâll produce drawings, models, and presentations, ensuring every design reflects the studioâs commitment to excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing projects using Revit across stages 1, 3, and 4.
- Contribute to mixed-use schemes, including hotels, residential, and office spaces.
- Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations for project teams.
- Collaborate with architects and consultants to refine designs and details.
- Support the delivery of creative and technically sound solutions that meet project goals.
Requirements:
- Part 2 qualification in architecture.
- Strong design skills and proven Revit proficiency.
- Experience in commercial or residential projects is beneficial - a mix of both is ideal.
- A creative, proactive mindset with solid communication and teamwork abilities.
- Enthusiasm for innovative, sustainable design and a willingness to learn.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £30,000-£33,000, reflecting your skills and potential.
- Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options for a balanced lifestyle.
- A vibrant, inclusive studio culture with regular social events and wellness initiatives.
- Extensive mentoring and professional development opportunities to support your career path.
- Exposure to a diverse range of impactful projects that shape the built environment.
How to Apply:
If youâre a Part 2 Architectural Assistant eager to grow and contribute to transformative projects, weâd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV and portfolio via Architecture Social. The application process is confidential, ensuring your privacy throughout.
