We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and results-driven AI Delivery Led to drive the successful execution of artificial intelligence initiatives within UK commercial banking Data & Analytics. This role will be central to delivering complex AI projects in collaboration with internal teams, strategic partners, and technology vendors. The ideal candidate will bring delivery leadership, strong planning capability, and the agility to pivot when needed. You will need to be comfortable operating in a complex organisation and confident in leading delivery discussions across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Be the engine behind Agile delivery, relentlessly unblocking, planning, and ensure momentum.
- Challenge the status quo and campion smarter, better, faster ways to deliver value
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and regular reporting packs for senior stakeholders.
- Identify blockers early and lead problem-solving efforts to keep delivery on track.
- Create Clarity and confidence where others see complexity
- Lead with curiosity and initiative, creating clarity in ambiguous or evolving situations.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data or AI-driven projects within large, matrixed organizations, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading strategic change initiatives across multiple teams and disciplines, driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (GCP) and a comprehensive knowledge of AI methods, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI.
- Extensive experience working with and managing third-party vendors and technology partners, including negotiating contracts, managing performance, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence) to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Proficient in maintaining and managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, ensuring comprehensive risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
The base location for this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.
