The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property – is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, alongside a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices, and expression.

As a Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of daily service across our dining venues. You will be on the floor, leading by example - coaching, supporting and inspiring the team to deliver intuitive and gracious service. Whether it's managing the energy of a busy brunch or ensuring precision in a fine-dining setting, you’ll act as the link between the team and leadership, ensuring every guest leaves feeling seen and celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the daily floor operations across designated outlets

• Train and mentor the service team to uphold Rosewood’s service standards

• Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers and management to ensure seamless service flow

• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Contribute to rota management, briefing sessions, and on-the-job coaching

• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene policies

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a luxury F&B environment

• A natural leader who is hands-on, guest-focused, and calm under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for hospitality, people and creating memorable experiences
