Our international law firm client is hiring a Real Estate Litigation Legal PA on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, to support two Partners, Counsel, and other fee earners in their London office.
- Salary to £48,000
- 12-month fixed-term contract

Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as a first point of contact on behalf of the fee-earners
- Organising business breakfasts, dinners, or smaller events
- Full management of travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners
- Prepare, amend, and proofread documents
- Proactive and advanced calendar management for assigned fee-earners (scheduling calls / meetings)
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the firm's billing systems
- Supporting fee-earners with monitoring and addressing unpaid bills
- Coordinate the WIP lists and billing on behalf of Partners
Real Estate Litigation Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office
- Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment
