Trade Mark Secretary/Paralegal - London (Hybrid Working)
Exclusive role to Dawn Ellmore Employment. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Trade Mark Secretary/Paralegal to join a thriving IP law firm in London!
The ideal candidate should hold around 1-5 years’ experience within a similar role and have an understanding of trade mark processes and administrative duties.
Duties and responsibilities will include:-
- Drafting correspondence and reports and reviewing documents
- Maintaining electronic files and using IP management systems
- Typing letters, IP forms and email – including audio typing
- Billing and invoicing duties
- Other general administration responsibilities!
This is an exciting opportunity, which offers lots of autonomy! To be successful, you should be able to work to your own initiative, ensuring a high accuracy at all times. You must be able to prioritise and have a willingness to assist colleagues when required.
