Senior SEO Manager | Fashion & E-commerce | London Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + Bonus + Benefits Some hybrid working Zachary Daniels are working with a successful, multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retailer to recruit a talented Senior SEO Manager to take ownership of organic search performance across its portfolio of established consumer brands. This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong SEO specialist who wants genuine ownership, the opportunity to influence business performance and the freedom to make a real commercial impact. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally hands-on with technical SEO and can confidently work with developers, identify opportunities and implement strategies that grow organic traffic and revenue. This is not a content-writing role or a position focused purely on keyword rankings. We need someone who understands the technical foundations of successful e-commerce SEO and can turn that knowledge into measurable commercial results. The Role: Take ownership of SEO strategy and organic search performance across multiple e-commerce websites. Personally conduct technical SEO audits, identifying issues and opportunities. Improve site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, redirects and structured data. Work closely with external developers to prioritise, implement and test technical SEO improvements. Identify opportunities to increase organic rankings, non-branded traffic and revenue. Use Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and other SEO platforms to analyse performance. Collaborate with existing content and copywriting teams to optimise product, category and landing pages. Support digital PR and authoritative link-building opportunities. Develop the business's approach to AI Search, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and emerging search technologies . Monitor and report on organic performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. About You: Extensive hands-on experience in technical SEO , ideally within fashion, retail or e-commerce. Currently working as a Senior SEO Manager, Technical SEO Manager or SEO Lead. Strong understanding of complex e-commerce websites, technical architecture and organic growth. Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4 and SEO research platforms. Confident communicating technical requirements to development teams. Experience driving measurable improvements in organic traffic, visibility and revenue. Commercially minded, analytical and proactive. Comfortable independently managing SEO performance across multiple websites. An interest in AI-powered search and the future of organic acquisition.
