Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful delivery of our cutting-edge educational programmes, both in-person and online
  • Manage exciting projects that directly impact students' learning experiences worldwide
  • Coordinate complex logistics, honing your skills in scheduling, venue management, and resource allocation
  • Plan and organise engaging activities and events for students, enhancing their overall programme experience
  • Assist in the recruitment process for mentors and tutors, developing your skills in talent acquisition
  • Support the onboarding of new mentors and tutors, helping to ensure they're well-prepared for their roles
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across the company, building your professional network and communication skills
  • Create and optimise programme timetables, developing crucial planning and organisational abilities
  • Contribute innovative ideas to improve our operational processes, making a real impact on the business
  • Interact directly with students, enhancing your customer service skills and cultural competence
  • Prepare and manage programme materials, gaining hands-on experience in educational resource development
  • Participate in programme evaluations, developing your analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Assist in crisis management situations, building your ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline - we value diverse perspectives and fresh ideas!
  • Enthusiasm for education and a passion for making a difference in students' lives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks - but don't worry, we'll help you develop these further
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to engage with people from various backgrounds
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and eagerness to learn new tech tools
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude towards problem-solving - we're looking for potential, not perfection
  • Team player mentality with the confidence to share your ideas
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same
  • International travel may be required (subject to business needs) - a great opportunity to broaden your horizons
