The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Concierge to provide exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail, warm hospitality, and a creative approach. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, with a deep passion for discovering and sharing insider knowledge. You will be the go-to source for exclusive access, expert advice, and personalised recommendations of London and its surroundings. Your ability to anticipate and understand guests' needs will be key in creating memorable experiences that set The Chancery Rosewood apart from the rest. This role is due to start in June 2025.

Key responsibilities:

• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of local dining, attractions, and events, offering guests tailored and exclusive recommendations.
• Build meaningful connections with guests, anticipating their needs and expertly organising special requests like reservations, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Strengthen relationships with local suppliers and vendors, enhancing the overall guest experience through your extensive network.
• Be a trusted source of information about hotel services, amenities, and local experiences, guiding guests with confidence while staying attuned to any relevant events or activations.
• Collaborate effortlessly with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless service and a unified guest experience.
