CRM & Lifestyle Marketing Executive | Hyper-Growth Wellness Brand | London

We're working with one of the most exciting consumer wellness brands in the UK right now, and they're looking for a sharp, ambitious CRM & Lifestyle Marketing Executive to join their Digital team.

This brand has grown fast, thinks big, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. They're not looking for someone who just "does email." They want someone who's curious, data-driven, and crucially excited about using AI tools to work smarter and run better campaigns.

What you'll be doing:

You'll own the day-to-day execution of retention and CRM activity across email, SMS and owned channels. Think lifecycle journeys (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, loyalty), weekly campaign setup, QA, and deployment, primarily in Klaviyo . You'll be testing, optimising and reporting regularly, working closely with a Retention Lead and collaborating across Brand, Creative and CX teams.

There's also a real focus on subscription growth and churn reduction, so if you've worked on subscription programmes before, an added bonus.

Who they're looking for:

• 1–3 years in retention, CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally from a DTC or e-commerce brand (Experience in innovation / AI tools and they're much more flexible on background!)
• Hands-on with Klaviyo (or a comparable email/SMS platform)
• Comfortable with data, dashboards and pulling out the "so what"
• A genuine test-and-learn mindset - you don't just send campaigns, you interrogate them
• Passionate about AI and emerging tech - this is a big one. If you're already using AI tools to optimise copy, segment smarter, personalise at scale, or just work more efficiently, we really want to hear from you. Strong AI enthusiasm can open doors even if your background is less traditional

Nice to haves:

• Subscription or loyalty programme experience
• Some HTML/CSS for email
• Experience with US or international markets
• CRO or personalisation tools
