The role:  Social Media Executive

This role is instrumental to growing the social presence of some really exciting brands within the startup world (think Tony's Chocolonely, Thunderbirds, Mooncup, Reia...)

As a Social Media Executive within the Brand Hackers team, you’ll be working across 2-3 brands at any one time. Here’s a few of the main things you’ll find yourself doing day to day:

• Content planning - creating strategically clear, insight led plans that will deliver on brands’ objectives across channel
  
• Briefing & managing production of content - creating content briefs for freelancers, UGC creators and/or influencers and managing the delivery of content across a range of formats and platforms 
• Content creation - both static and video for a range of platforms, predominately Instagram and TikTok (this will be 20% of your time) 
• Copywriting for captions - you’ll need to be able to come up with killer copy that entices people in
• Community management - you’ll often be directly responsible for managing all comments and DMs on behalf of the brand
• Influencer outreach - we’ll need you to be great at pulling together a list of all the right influencers for the brand and then handling all outreach, briefing and send outs
• Partnerships - brand partnerships are a key growth lever for several startup brands - you’ll be leading this process end to end
• Reporting - knowing what to post is important but so is measuring what’s working so you can be strategic and creative
• Overall coordination - from photoshoots to sample send outs, there will always be a few things that fall just outside of social media

You'll have…

• A creative eye for what works on social media
• Relevant experience creating and executing social media campaigns
• Experience managing a brand's social media community
• A curiosity to bring inspiration from other brands and categories into your work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent project and time management skills

💸 Salary: £30-43K

Please note our salary bands are bands, so we make offers within the range depending on experience and location.

🏡 Logistics: Remote, but must have the ability to travel weekly across London for team and client meetings.
