Constellation Platinum is seeking skilled cocktail bartenders to join our VIP hospitality team at the iconic O2 Arena . You’ll be mixing classics and serving premium drinks in fast-paced bars during world-class concerts and events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of classic and signature cocktails to a high standard.
• Make cocktails accurately, ensuring correct measures and presentation .
• Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, friendly approach .
• Maintain a clean, organised bar area and replenish stock throughout service.
• Apply Responsible Service of Alcohol ( RSA ) principles and adhere to legal ID and measure regulations.
• Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: Previous bar experience is essential. Must have worked in a cocktail-serving bar.

✅ Knowledge:

• Basic wine grape knowledge.
• Familiarity with spirits and popular cocktails.
• Able to make (at minimum): Espresso Martini, Passion Fruit Martini, Old Fashioned, Mojito, Daiquiri, Piña Colada, Long Island Iced Tea, Cosmopolitan, Aperol Spritz, and Dark & Stormy.

✅ Skills: Basic mixology skills and ability to read and follow cocktail specs precisely.

✅ Personality: Calm under pressure, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.

✅ Flexibility: Able to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends, and travel home after late finishes.
