Senior Implementation Manager

The Senior Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the Doccla solution to our clients, often being one of the first Doccla employees our clients meet. You will oversee and manage the end-to-end process of implementing our platform and service for new clients, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Tech, Clinical Safety, Regulatory & Governance and Delivery & Customer Success, to ensure smooth client onboarding and a positive experience for our customers.

The Senior Implementation Manager will be part of the Delivery team at Doccla. As a result and where capacity allows, this person may at times also be responsible for managing clients post implementation.

You’ll Be

• Lead the implementation of Doccla for healthcare providers, from initial planning through to go-live.

• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources, ensuring all milestones are met and cross-functional teams are briefed appropriately.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, managing expectations and addressing concerns.

• Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customizations and integrations meet client needs while maintaining product integrity.

• Facilitate regular client meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.

• Identify potential risks and obstacles during implementation and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor the success of the implementation, gathering feedback and ensuring clients are satisfied with the solution and its impact on their organization.

• Assist in creating and refining implementation processes and documentation to improve future project outcomes and scalability.

• Mentor and coach junior team members and provide guidance on best practices for implementation and project management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• 5+ years of experience in implementation or project management within a healthcare technology or healthtech environment.

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations (e.g., MDR, DCB0129, DTAC), and the challenges faced by healthcare providers in adopting new technologies.

• Proven track record of managing complex software implementations, ideally within the healthcare or healthtech space.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams effectively and form strong relationships quickly.

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, etc.).

• Ability to think strategically and understand the broader impact of technical solutions on client outcomes.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage shifting priorities.

• Possess an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring meticulous planning, execution, and quality assurance across all implementation activities.

This role will be hybrid with some travel across client sites and our Hammersmith HQ!
