We are recruiting for a highly organised Stores & Service Support Administrator to join a busy and professional team based in King's Cross. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with stores, warehouse, logistics or service administration experience who enjoys a varied role supporting engineers, managing stock and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a dual-purpose position combining stores management with administration support. You will play a key role in ensuring engineers have the correct materials and equipment available whilst supporting the wider operations team with purchasing, stock control and service administration.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and booking in deliveries
Managing stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
Picking and issuing parts and materials to engineers
Replenishing van stock
Raising purchase orders and monitoring deliveries
Liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
Assisting with remedial works quotations and approvals
Monitoring engineer paperwork and job completion records
Supporting the wider engineering and operations teams with administrative duties
Maintaining accurate stores and purchasing documentationEssential IT Skills & Systems Experience

To be successful in this role, you should be confident using:

Microsoft Excel (stock control, spreadsheets and reporting)
Microsoft Outlook (email and diary management)
Microsoft Word (documentation and correspondence)
Inventory and stock control systems
Purchase order processing systems
Goods Received Note (GRN) systems
Internal databases and record management systems
Cloud-based administration platforms and business systemsIdeal Background

Logistics and stock control
