The Role

• Lead central engineering and continuous improvement activities
• Drive a more integrated and coordinated engineering function
• Shape the future engineering model of the organisation
• Manage infrastructure assets, reliability, and asset performance
• Balance long-term strategic priorities with immediate operational demands
• Influence stakeholders across multi-site environments

What You'll Need

• Proven engineering leadership experience
• Chartered or professionally qualified engineering credentials
• Strong electrical and/or multi-disciplinary engineering expertise
• Experience leading engineering within complex operational environments
• Track record of improving reliability, asset performance, and engineering standards
• Significant OPEX and CAPEX responsibility
• Experience operating across matrix organisations and multiple stakeholder groups

Desirable

• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, utilities, or related sectors
• Knowledge of the Cornwall region
