Position Details:

Contract Type: Temporary (2 months with potential for extension)
Location: Holborn, London (just a 6-minute walk from Holborn train station)
Hours: Full-time, office-based
Pay: £17.76 per hour

What You'll Do:
As a Library Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of the Library, assisting our users with their enquiries and ensuring they have a pleasant experience. Your role will involve:

Enquiry Services: - Responding daily to queries via email, chat, phone, and in-person.- Keeping track of enquiry statistics to improve our services
User Engagement:- Welcoming visitors and guiding them in using our services and facilities.
- Roaming throughout the Library to assist users in finding the resources they need.
- Helping with study space bookings and ensuring a quiet and conducive environment.

Problem Solving: - Addressing user issues related to Library services and facilities- Liaising with the Estates team for maintenance concerns- Assisting with the upkeep of self-service machines and troubleshooting basic technical issues.Who You Are:
