Secondary Teaching Assistant - Ealing (Immediate Start)

Envision Education is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a school in Ealing. This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm), with an immediate start available.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential, while gaining valuable experience within a secondary school setting.

Requirements and Skills

Empathy and patience with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support pupils' social and emotional development
A general understanding of core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science
Ability to support pupils with SEND and help overcome barriers to learning
Adaptability to work across a variety of secondary school subjects
Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning are desirable but not essential

Availability to start immediately
Previous experience working with children or young people in a professional setting
Experience supporting additional needs (desirable but not essential)
A patient, adaptable, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
