Sales Operations Associate

As a Sales Operations Associate, you will be essential to streamlining operations and empowering sales teams to achieve ambitious targets. You’ll dive deep into data, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance sales performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a tangible difference.
This is a 12-months-long engagement, which requires onsite presence 3x per week in Central London.
What You’ll Do:
- Define project scopes and objectives, develop detailed project plans, and manage timelines and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to understand their priorities, build strong relationships, and drive consensus for optimal outcomes.
- Gain a deep understanding of the industry landscape and customer trends to identify potential risks and opportunities, informing go-to-market strategies.
- Analyze existing processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute business cadences, processes, and programs to strengthen operational rigor and consistency.
- Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analyses to test hypotheses, generate actionable insights, and inform data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to track key metrics, measure progress against objectives, and provide valuable insights to drive performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales activation strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Support strategic assessments by evaluating potential solutions, identifying trade-offs, and recommending the best path forward.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on shared objectives and deliver consistent, scalable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data, extract key insights, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivering results.
