Facility Support Worker
Join us as a Senior Residential Children's Home Support Worker, leading our dedicated team in Greater London, covering homes in Camden, Haringey & Islington. You'll earn £34,660.95 per annum working 12-hour shifts on a fixed rota pattern, with a minimum average of 168 hours per month and up to 272 hours annual leave.

The Work
- Act as a key worker, building positive relationships with young people
- Deliver high-quality care and positive outcomes for young people
- Lead and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with care plans and standards
- Manage placement plans and respond to safeguarding concerns
- Coordinate access to health, education, and therapeutic services
- Contribute to quality assurance, including inspections and Regulation 44 visits
- Support recording systems, admin tasks, and general household upkeep
- Assist with managing the home's budget
What You Need
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in residential care
- Children's Workforce Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on a fixed shift pattern
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Desirable
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of the local area and services
