US/UK Senior Tax Manager - Private Client

This is a dynamic role within a high-performing team that works with an impressive client base including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity and hedge fund principals, and high-profile professional partnerships.

You'll be working alongside market-leading tax professionals to deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced, technically complex environment, with genuine opportunities for progression to Director and beyond.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in managing a sophisticated portfolio of clients with complex international tax affairs. This is a dual compliance and advisory position, requiring strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage client relationships and lead team members effectively.

The focus of the work spans a range of cross-border tax matters, including residence and domicile issues, estate and succession planning, transactional advice, wealth structuring, and complex tax return compliance for US-connected individuals living in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing a diverse portfolio of high-value international clients with US/UK tax obligations

• Leading both the delivery and sign-off of complex tax compliance assignments

• Advising on international tax matters including domicile, residence, estate/gift tax, inheritance tax, and personal wealth structuring

• Overseeing junior team members, supporting their development and reviewing technical work

• Taking ownership of client billing, engagement management and timely delivery of services

• Ensuring high-quality client service across all interactions, proactively resolving queries and managing expectations

• Collaborating with other specialists across the business to deliver holistic tax solutions

• Supporting leadership with business development initiatives and growing existing client relationships

What You'll Bring

• US tax qualification (Enrolled Agent or CPA)

• UK ATT qualification; CTA desirable but not essential

• Strong understanding of residence, domicile, and cross-border tax planning

• Experience in reviewing and signing out dual-qualified tax returns

• Proven ability to manage a team and nurture junior talent
