Senior Product Manager – eDV Cleared
£80,000–£85,000 | UK-based | Hybrid
A Senior Product Manager is needed to lead delivery on high-impact government projects. You'll challenge existing approaches, build user-centred roadmaps and drive products through full lifecycle stages with agile teams. Expect autonomy to innovate alongside multi-disciplinary specialists.
Role Overview
- Lead agile teams to solve complex problems and deliver user-focused solutions.
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritising outcomes over outputs.
- Manage products from Discovery through to Live, adapting methods per phase.
- Build strong client partnerships and negotiate for maximum value delivery.
- Coach team members to strengthen overall product practices.
Essential Experience
- Track record leading product delivery in agile environments.
- Expertise in user research, backlog management and prioritisation.
- Strong agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery experience.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and plain-English communication.
- Ability to use data and evidence for decision-making.
Requirements
- Active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
- UK right to work with 10+ years continuous UK residency.
Package
- £80,000–£85,000 base salary.
