Front Office Stream Lead - Endur/Orchestrade

We provide end-to-end project services and have delivered Orchestrade projects across all major asset classes and sectors including investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, commodities.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work on several type of commodity products and learn a new trading platform.
You will have the ability to showcase the work directly to the End users. The team is responsible for the integration of a trading application (Orchestrade) used for:
• Pre-deal origination workflow and post execution monitoring and life-cycle management.
• Dedicated workflow, configuration of the platform, supporting business
• Leverage strategic standard risk systems
• Integration with Operations, Finance
• Reporting, Reconciliation
• Accounting The application is Orchestrade:
- Orchestrade is in .Net (C#): Natively connected to Excel
- Database: Microsoft SQL
- Delivered In-House or Hosted (Amazon Web Services) You will be part of the development team responsible for the migration of the new trading platform.
You will act as a senior .NET developer.

Role Purpose
The Front Office Stream Lead will be responsible for leading the Front Office workstream as part of a strategic transformation to replace Endur with Orchestrade. The role will ensure that Front Office business requirements, trading workflows, and risk functionality are correctly designed, implemented, and adopted for Power, Certificates, Gas, and Biomethane products.
The Front Office Stream Lead will act as the primary interface between Trading, Risk, IT, and the Orchestrade implementation partner, ensuring the solution supports current and future Front Office operating needs.
Responsibilities
Front Office Delivery Leadership
Lead the Front Office workstream for the Orchestrade implementation
Act as the Front Office subject-matter expert for the replacement of Endur
Own Front Office scope, priorities, roadmap, and dependencies within the wider program
Ensure Front Office requirements are accurately translated into Orchestrade configurations and solutions
Business Requirements & Design
Gather, challenge, and document Front Office business requirements across:
Trading workflows and deal entry
Product modelling for Power, Gas, Biomethane, and Certificates
Risk metrics, exposures, and reporting
Trade lifecycle events and position management
Drive Front Office solution design, ensuring alignment with best practices and Orchestrade capabilities
Validate functional design documents and configuration choices
Implementation & Configuration Oversight
Oversee configuration of Orchestrade Front Office components, including:
Products, deals, pricing, and lifecycle events
Exposure, risk, and P&L views
Trade booking and validation rules
Provide hands-on Front Office expertise to resolve design and implementation challenges
Ensure consistency between Front Office, Risk, and downstream processes
Testing & Readiness
Lead Front Office testing activities, including:
System Integration Testing (SIT)
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Define Front Office test scenarios and success criteria
Support trader and Front Office user readiness for go live
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary Front Office point of contact for:
Traders and Front Office management
Risk and Middle Office teams
IT and data teams
Orchestrade vendor and implementation partners
Provide regular status updates, risk visibility, and decision support to program governance

Mandatory Skills Description
Front Office & ETRM Systems
Strong Front Office experience within Energy Trading & Risk Management
Proven experience implementing Orchestrade or Endur in a Front Office capacity
Deep understanding of Front Office trading processes and system usage
Experience across Power, Gas, Environmental Products / Certificates, including physical and financial contracts
Product & Market Knowledge
Solid understanding of:
Physical and financial Power and Gas trading
Biomethane contracts and lifecycle considerations
Environmental products (e.g. Guarantees of Origin, Certificates)
Understanding of Front Office risk metrics and exposure management
Management
Strong leadership of functional workstreams within large transformation programs
Ability to bridge business and technology effectively
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Structured, delivery-focused mindset with attention to detail
Ability to challenge requirements and drive pragmatic solutions
Nice to have
Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
ETRM system certifications or energy trading qualifications are advantageous
