SEN Teaching Assistant - Havering
A supportive and inclusive primary school in Havering is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated staff team. This SEN Teaching Assistant position is ideal for someone committed to helping pupils with additional needs reach their full potential.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Havering, you will support pupils with a range of learning and emotional needs. Working alongside teachers and the SENCO, you will help implement personalised strategies that promote engagement and independence. Support may be delivered individually or within small groups.
Key responsibilities include assisting with learning activities, supporting behaviour regulation, and encouraging positive social interaction. The SEN Teaching Assistant will also assist with monitoring progress and communicating observations to staff.
