Sales Associate (Full-time)
We are looking for a full-time s ales associate, to join our team at the London Covent Garden store!

The Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our London community and aiming to contribute to the teams overall performance and values.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities will include:To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.
An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.
To continuously build and maintain customer relationships-our customers are our community!
To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
To know your city and the social movements within it. To use this information as a tool during the customer service journey.
To be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them. Developing sales strategies and driving business growth.
Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional.

Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand is a plus.
Prior sales experience in retail is preferred.
Sales experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs
