Senior Account Handler - Travel Risk Professionals

We currently have an Opportunity to join a dynamic and tight knit unit within our niche Travel Risk Professionals team part of our Schemes and Affinities Division as a Senior Account Handler

The Role:

Responsible for handling a combination of wholesale and retail business, predominantly Tour Operator Liability, but will include other general commercial insurances including 24/7 Crisis Response, Property, D & O, Cyber, Business Travel and Contingency Risks.

The role will involve direct support to MD on larger, more complicated risks as well as handling your own, include frequent liaison with Underwriting partners and will include a combination of renewals, midterm adjustments and new business.

You will be expected to be handling a rich and diverse range of clients from small start ups through to premiums in excess of £50,000

Attendance at trade shows and events may be offered from time to time

The successful Candidate will act as mentor and provide support to junior team members

Will be expected to be self-sufficient in commercial e-trade business

Acturis (Training can be provided)

Specialist Product training will be given (in-house 2 x day course providing detailed education on the unique risks we handle)

Post is offered as Remote 4 x days a week & 1 day per week in Marlow House, London (Wednesdays)
