As a Social Media Manager your objective is to strategically execute industry-leading social content. From managing our organic content plans, copywriting, community management, reactive content management, to turning an influencer strategy into reality.
�� What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing and advising on the distribution of all organic content
- Using your expertise of brand Tone of Voice and audience behaviour to write social-first captions to go alongside client content in our monthly content plans
- Being accountable for the delivery of all monthly and quarterly reports. Using findings to drive creative development, identifying what has worked and where there’s opportunity.
- Working closely with Account Director’s and Strategists to establish relevant benchmarking (account and industry) that clearly communicates the value of our work
- Developing strong working relationships with the Paid Media team to ensure all paid and organic content strategically complement one another
- Strategically connecting our clients to their audience through community management as part of an always on strategy, or tactical brand moments
- Using your expert knowledge of our clients and the platforms to identify key opportunities to collaborate with influencers and content creators. Owning the ideation, briefing and management of all influencer campaigns
- Through cultural knowledge, social listening and in-depth channel insights, identifying and leading on all opportunities for brand building reactive content, both planned and unplanned. This may be done through proactive trend reports, thought leadership and/or proactive creative ideation
- Building meaningful relationships with our clients, establishing their trust in us as social media experts through channel lead output
- Ensuring all organic content is scheduled across the appropriate platforms at the relevant times and accurately.
👀 Who we're looking for:
- You'll have a sophisticated understanding of the platforms and be able to advise on when, where and how often content should be shared.
- A creative thinker & writer: you're able to work both independently and collaboratively on ideation for content across social
- You love brands and social media: you're fascinated by brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this.
- You are naturally curious about the developments of the digital world and excited by its potential
- Pride in your work: we treat our client's brands as our own and are meticulous about our approach. You will take real pride in what you deliver and always strive for perfection
- Real drive and ambition: you'll be constantly adapting to the ever-growing world of social, and we need people who have the mindset of growth as well as the ambition to get there
- You'll have one or more years of experience working with social media (agency-side preferable)
