Litigation Lawyer
Litigation Lawyer needed in South west London Paying £307.11 per day ref OR108007
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of complex civil, commercial and/or property litigation matters with minimal supervision.
- Conduct litigation in the County Court, High Court and relevant Tribunals.
- Provide clear, commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice to clients and key stakeholders.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, reports and other legal documents.
- Negotiate favourable settlements and outcomes for clients.
- Attend meetings with clients, counsel, experts and other external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and legal updates for clients and senior management where required.
- Support and mentor junior lawyers and trainees within the team.
- Keep abreast of legal and regulatory developments and advise clients on their implications.
- Maintain accurate case management records and ensure compliance with procedural requirements, regulatory obligations and internal policies.
