Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum + Bonus OTE £100k+ Job Summary My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Design Manager to lead our luxury kitchen division in London. This role is responsible for driving sales, overseeing the design process, managing high-end kitchen projects from concept to completion, and mentoring a team of talented designers. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of luxury kitchen design with strategic sales acumen, delivering exceptional client experiences and outstanding project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership * Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed individual and team targets. * Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales and design team to maximize conversion opportunities. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to high-net-worth clients. * Build strong client relationships through personalized service and expert consultation and manage client communications and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction at every stage. Design Management * Create bespoke, high-end kitchen designs that blend creativity, innovation, and functionality. * Utilize 2D and 3D design tools to produce detailed plans and renderings. * Curate premium materials, appliances, and finishes aligned with luxury standards. Ensure every design delivers on aesthetic, spatial, and practical expectations. * Maintain expertise in current trends, materials, and emerging technologies in luxury design. Project Management * Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from concept to final installation, conduct site visits to uphold design integrity and ensure quality control. * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution. * Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Team Leadership * Mentor and guide a team of designers, supporting professional growth and development and foster a collaborative and positive team environment. * Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain long-term relationships with discerning clients. * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and build process. * Manage client expectations and ensure complete satisfaction with the finished product and address and resolve any issues swiftly and professionally. Business Development * Identify and pursue opportunities to grow market presence in the luxury kitchen segment. * Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry influencers. * Represent the brand at high-profile industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Skills & Qualifications * Proven track record in sales and kitchen design within the luxury interiors sector. * In-depth knowledge of kitchen design, space planning, premium materials, and installation. * Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software. * Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills along strong leadership and team management capabilities. * Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently and deliver on time. * Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. * Passionate about high-end design with a commitment to excellence.
