The Role
- Full-time, long-term position starting September 2026
- Graduate Year Leader supporting a designated year group
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
- Work closely with the Head of Year to monitor attendance, punctuality, and behaviour
- Act as a key point of contact for students, supporting both academic progress and emotional wellbeing
- Contribute to assemblies, mentoring programmes, and pastoral initiatives
- Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Gain hands-on experience within a structured and supportive pastoral system
Teacher Training & Progression

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Graduate Year Leader who is:
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above preferred)
- Confident, organised, and emotionally intelligent
- Passionate about supporting young people’s personal development
- A strong communicator who can build trust with students, staff, and families
- Professional, resilient, and calm under pressure
- Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
- Ideally experienced in working with young people (schools, mentoring, youth work, etc.)
- Interested in progressing into teaching or pastoral leadership
