Project Manager

14 month FTC - Full Time - Hybrid - Bankside, London - £55,000 per annum pro rata

We are seeking a Project Manager to work predominantly within the Contact and Digital Workstream of our Change Programme, supporting the delivery of projects that will transform how residents and customers interact with our services. The role will involve managing change from initiation through to delivery, bringing together operational, digital and customer perspectives to deliver meaningful service improvements. Experience of delivering resident or customer-focused projects, digital transformation, service redesign or technology-enabled change would be particularly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Own the delivery of projects that focus on improving outcomes for customers and make it easier for colleagues to deliver, ensuring projects are delivered to quality, time and on budget.

• Build relationships and work together with a wide range of key stakeholders, including customers, senior managers, functional leads and operational teams to deliver project benefits.

• Keep project momentum going to deliver holistic and sustainable changes that become embedded in Wandle's ways of working.

Key criteria:

• Proven delivery of complex projects in a change or transformation environment - managing end-to-end delivery of projects.

• Strong grasp of core project management disciplines (planning, risk, governance, reporting).

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders at different levels of seniority.

• Ability to manage ambiguity whilst maintaining delivery focus.

• Clear and confident communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
