As an Initial Contact Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents seeking support from Adult Social Care. You’ll handle a enquiries, providing clear, accurate information and ensuring each person is directed to the right support quickly and safely. This is a key frontline role where your professionalism and problem solving skills will directly support some of our most vulnerable residents.
We’re looking for experienced, values driven practitioners who are confident in strengths based practice and passionate about person led support. You’ll be part of a system that values professional judgement, enables flexibility, removes obstacles, and actively works to reduce inequalities in access and outcomes.
