Commercial Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer - Top Tier Law Firm
Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Real Estate lawyer (5+ years’ PQE) to join one of London’s most respected law firms as a Knowledge Lawyer. This is a rare chance to take on a strategic, high-impact role at the heart of a market-leading real estate team, helping to shape best practice, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the firm. Available on a full-time or part-time (4 days a week) basis.
Why Apply?
- Join one of London’s largest and most dynamic real estate practices.
- Hybrid structure with a minimum of two days in the office and strong support from a dedicated Knowledge Co-ordinator.
- Collaborative and people-focused culture, a genuinely open, friendly, and supportive environment that prioritises wellbeing and teamwork.
- Influence the firm’s knowledge strategy, technology adoption, and training for one of the most respected property groups in the City.
Working closely with another experienced Knowledge Lawyer, partners, and the wider Knowledge team, you’ll play a central role in driving excellence within the Commercial Real Estate group. You’ll oversee the development and management of precedents, deliver engaging legal training, and ensure lawyers across the team remain informed and equipped to deliver exceptional client service. You’ll also help identify and implement new technologies and support thought leadership initiatives that enhance the firm’s market reputation.
About You
This role would suit a commercially minded lawyer with at least 5 years’ PQE and solid experience in Commercial Real Estate law. Previous experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or PSL is beneficial but not essential. Fee earners seeking to transition into a knowledge-focused role are warmly encouraged to apply. Experience in residential or rural property law would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite. You’ll be:
- An excellent communicator with a strong grasp of complex legal concepts.
- Confident presenting and engaging with colleagues across all levels.
- Passionate about innovation, technology, and continuous improvement.
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This is a firm that values its people as much as its clients. You’ll find a culture built on collaboration, authenticity, and genuine connection, where ideas are encouraged, individuality is celebrated, and wellbeing is taken seriously. You’ll work in a vibrant, flexible environment that empowers you to deliver your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
If you’re looking for a fulfilling new challenge that combines legal expertise with creativity, collaboration, and influence, this is an exceptional opportunity to take your career in an exciting new direction.
