We are looking for a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to join a series of upmarket events in London , starting mid-June on an ongoing temporary basis .
📍 Location: Central London
📅 Start Date: Mid-June
🕐 Schedule: 5 days over 7 | 10–12 hour shifts
💷 Pay: £15.12 per hour
🍽️ Covers: Up to 150 guests per day
🔪 The Role:
You’ll be working alongside a high-performing brigade, delivering refined and consistent fine dining dishes. The role requires a confident CDP with excellent organisation, precision, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
✅ Requirements:
- Solid experience in Michelin-starred or high Rosette-level kitchens
- Comfortable producing high-quality food for up to 150 covers daily
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cooking techniques
- Positive attitude and ability to follow direction precisely
- Full chef whites and knives
- Eligible to work in the UK
