The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Residential Conveyancing Partner for their City of London office.

• You will join a thriving construction team of five in the London office but will work as part of a much wider conveyancing team across the firm's regional offices
• You will work with the partnership to drive the departments forward , work on strategy, and will mentor develop and inspire more junior members of the team
• You will deal a mixed residential property caseload that will consist of; sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• You will deal with a good quality of work, often high-value properties in the London market.
• You will have at least 8 years PQE in residential conveyancing (there is no upper limit)
• Salary/package will be competitive and is negotiable depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a market-leading benefits package
