What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partnering closely with Engineering and Product leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
• Building strong pipelines of engaged candidates and nurturing relationships over time.
• Help improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
• Use data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6 + years proven experience recruiting for Engineering and Product roles.
• Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
• Previous RPO experience advantageous
