We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems
The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a confident, people-centred leader to head up our Regional Delivery Office at Zotefoams. If you’re motivated by making things happen — leading teams, managing complex projects, and seeing results come to life across multiple countries, this could be your next big move.
You’ll oversee the successful delivery of some of our most ambitious global programmes from new site expansions to system rollouts and business integrations. Working closely with senior leaders and local teams, you’ll turn strategy into action and keep projects running smoothly across our global footprint.Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-value projects across our global operations — including new manufacturing site launches, process improvements, and systems integrations.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, resourcing, risk management, execution, and post-delivery review.
- Coordinate regional and global teams to keep delivery on track, identifying potential issues early and driving solutions with confidence.
- Build and manage delivery frameworks that allow teams to work efficiently across multiple time zones and functions.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align delivery priorities with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Drive accountability across project teams — setting clear expectations, monitoring milestones, and ensuring deliverables are achieved.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT to embed projects seamlessly into business operations.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, sharing lessons learned and introducing smarter, faster ways of working.
- Represent the Regional Delivery Office in leadership meetings, providing honest progress updates and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
What you'll need:
You’re an experienced delivery leader with a proven track record of turning ambitious global projects into tangible results. You’ve led or been part of a Regional Delivery Office (or equivalent), taking ownership of complex international programmes — from new site openings and M&A integrations to large-scale operational change.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of bringing order to complexity. You know how to connect strategy to execution — managing multiple workstreams, teams, and priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You’re confident influencing senior stakeholders and know how to adapt your communication style across different cultures and regions. Budgets, timelines, and resources don’t intimidate you — they motivate you. You understand what it takes to deliver effectively and have a strong commercial mindset to balance quality, cost, and pace.
You’re also adaptable in how you lead projects. Whether the situation calls for agile, traditional, or hybrid delivery, you’re able to flex your approach and get the best out of diverse teams. Above all, you’re pragmatic, solutions-focused, and driven by delivery excellence.
Desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
- Experience in manufacturing, ideally within chemicals, polymers, or foam production.
What were looking for?
You’ll have a solid background in project or programme delivery, ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings and with international exposure. You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive when leading cross-functional teams. You value collaboration and take pride in turning plans into real-world results.
