Job Summary:
A client located near Marylebone station in Central London is looking for an experienced nanny to help with their new addition to the family 5 days a week. They currently have a maternity nurse who is looking to move on in September. They are looking for an experienced long-term nanny to help with all the baby’s needs and become part of the family for the foreseeable future.
As they are first time parents, they are looking for an experienced nanny who can offer them help and guidance, so experience in working with children under 1 would be an advantage.
This loving family are looking for a warm, professional and dynamic nanny to take care of their 9-month-old. Nanny needs to have baby/toddler experience, be flexible, not rigid, kind and professional. Mum is really looking for someone to be with the family long term.
The family would be looking for someone who is happy to travel with them. Additional ad hoc evening or weekend babysitting would be preferable if the candidate is happy to do so.

Job specification:
• Undertaking all daily nanny tasks.
• Helping to hit the child’s milestones
• All daily baby duties as well as following routine
• Nursery duties – keeping play areas/ bedroom tidy and organized as well as laundry
• Taking the child to nursery and school in due course
• Basic housekeeping in relation to the baby, tidying up after them and general laundry duties
• Create a steady routine for the baby
• Create a loving, nurturing atmosphere for the baby

Candidate specification:
• 5 years’ experience working with a private household
• A nurturing, caring demeanour, and a friendly individual
• Must have experience working with similar age and able to support baby’s different milestones
• Good experience within a similar role with recent experience babies and toddlers
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Childcare qualifications such as first aid training on choking
• Looking for a long-term position with a family

Enhanced DBS check required at offer stage & and a current First Aid Certificate
