Who We Are:

Omaze is an entertainment company with a social purpose: we transform fundraising by giving people the chance to win extraordinary prizes while raising millions for charity. Since launching in the UK in 2020, we’ve raised over £100 million in the UK for good causes, created nearly 40 new millionaires, and become one of the country’s fastest-growing profitable companies.

We’re proud to partner with leading charities like the British Heart Foundation, Comic Relief, and Alzheimer’s Research UK, and to work with world-class ambassadors such as David Beckham and Brian Cox to amplify their missions. At Omaze, we’re not just running prize draws — we’re redefining what it means to do good at scale.

About The Job

You’ll be part of a small, high-performing support team, working closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure the leadership team is where they need to be - focused and prepared. With their frequent travel and a full calendar of internal and external commitments, you’ll play a vital role in enabling your leaders to operate at pace and scale effectively.

You’ll be your leader’s go-to partner - acting as their trusted right hand and thought partner across all priorities. From streamlining workflows and shaping meeting agendas, to proactively surfacing what needs attention and making sure decisions are actioned, you’ll help them operate at their very best. You'll need to be one step ahead, juggling competing demands with confidence and discretion, while building strong relationships across the business to support seamless execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner closely with the Chief People Officer, Chief Legal Officer and VP Talent to manage priorities, time, and strategic focus - ensuring attention is on what matters most.
  • Act as a strategic sounding board, providing input on key decisions and helping shape agendas for internal and external meetings.
  • Lead the coordination of meetings, events, and travel in a way that maximises your leaders time and energy.
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leaders to drive alignment, follow up on key actions, and maintain momentum on high-impact projects.
  • Write, edit and prepare briefings, comms, decks and reports, often acting as a first line of review or contributor.
  • Create calm from chaos - ensuring your leaders are always prepared, well-informed, and focused.
  • Build and nurture relationships across the organisation, becoming a trusted liaison for your leaders.
  • Manage inboxes and calendar with precision and tact.
  • Own key initiatives and improvements within the People and Legal teams as the business scales.

About You

  • You’re a trusted partner to senior leaders and love making things more effective, strategic and streamlined.
  • You bring excellent judgement, discretion and a calm, proactive approach - even under pressure.
  • You love being a step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • You’re comfortable having courageous conversations and challenging respectfully to keep priorities on track.
  • You’re deeply organised, and bring clarity and action to complex or ambiguous situations.
  • You enjoy building relationships at all levels and creating bridges between people and teams.
  • You write and communicate clearly and can represent a leader’s voice when needed.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring positivity, energy and professionalism to everything you do.

What’s In It For You

  • Generous stock options scheme
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • 9% employer pension contributions, when you contribute at least 2%
  • A generous personal learning and development budget each year to use on training courses, conferences and professional memberships
  • Personal budget to work from home
  • Enhanced family leave policies
  • Life assurance of 4x your salary
