We are recruiting a full-time Customer Care Manager to join the Bluebird Care Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea team who will help deliver the gold standard of care to our discerning customers across our area. Working in an award-winning care service that helps support people live independently in their own homes across central London.
We’re looking for an outgoing and empathic individual with excellent communication skills who enjoys empowering and supporting others.
Step into this newly created role with our triple CQC Outstanding company to support our Registered Managers by overseeing our domiciliary care services. Join one of the UK’s top-performing Bluebird Care offices during an exciting time of investment in our people and the quality of our service. As our Customer Care Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of central London’s finest domiciliary care services, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates as well as for our Care Assistants.
You will be:

- Qualified in health and social care and in possession of or willing to work towards a relevant management qualification,

- An experienced care professional who understands regulatory responsibilities, risk assessment and management, the law relating to domiciliary care, and the importance of person-centred care,

- Reliable and an excellent timekeeper with good recording, reporting, and administrative skills and computer literacy,

You can expect:
- A salary ranging from £28.000 to £30.000, depending on experience,
- An additional £300 per on-call weekend (limited to one each month),

Knowledge of domiciliary care provision:
- Able to work as part of a team as well as under own initiative.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
Preferable:
- Have or be willing to work towards a QCF (NVQ) Level 3 in Care/ Management or equivalent.
- Domiciliary Care experience.
Required:
- MUST IT skills
