Experienced Science Teacher – Drive Attainment in KS3/4 & Secure KS5 Timetable – Redbridge

An Outstanding rated secondary school in Redbridge is seeking an experienced and ambitious Science Teacher to drive rigorous academic standards across KS3/4 from January 2026, with an immediate opportunity to teach at KS5.

• Experienced Science Teacher required from January 2026.
• Redbridge-based school (Outer London) with an Outstanding Ofsted rating .
• Seeking a dedicated teacher to drive KS3/4 mastery , with immediate KS5 potential .

You will teach Science across all key stages, specializing in your degree discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) for core and combined science. The role requires a strong focus on maximizing progress and intervention at KS4, with the expectation of teaching your specialist subject to A-Level in the first year.

Experience and Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) and a relevant Science degree.
• Proven success in achieving high academic results in Science at GCSE.
• Experience delivering a rigorous, inquiry-based curriculum across KS3/4.
• Strong desire and demonstrable ability to teach your specialist science subject at A-Level/KS5 .
