The Role
- Lead daily management and staff
- Manage membership, events, and member relations
- Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and commercial performance
- Support the Chairman, Management Committee, and governance processes
- Ensure excellence in hospitality, facilities management, compliance, and health & safety
- Coordinate racing activities, syndicates, and flagship events
Your Experience
- Proven leadership with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Track record of delivering exceptional customer/member experiences
- Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness
- Experience working with boards or committees
- Ability to lead diverse teams while upholding heritage organisation's values
Desirable
- Experience in private members' clubs or similar organisations
- Knowledge of horse racing
