Early Years Educator - Prep School - Term Time Only

We are working with a leading Pre-Prep School located in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea who are looking for a teaching assistant to join their growing team. The school provides the highest quality education in ‘Early Years’ and is highly regarded within the borough.

The role This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. Term Time only. Working in their 3 to 4-year-old class, you will be an integral member of the class assisting the main teacher and helping the pupils with their learning and development through the EYFS. Every class in the school has two teaching assistants as well as the class teacher and each class has less than 20 pupils. The Ideal candidate

• Hold a Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years or Teaching Assistance
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and pedagogy.
• Proven ability to engage children in learning through effective communication and a deep understanding of their needs.
• Serve as a positive role model.
• Maintain a flexible, "can do" attitude.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with young children.

The school The Pre-Prep school boasts excellent facilities throughout with a large outside garden. The nursery provides a warm and nurturing environment in which each child can flourish and reach their full potential. Hours are 8.15 to 5.00 Monday to Friday, term time only. How to apply
