Your Role
DevOps engineer to lead a team to implement and optimize DevOps practices such as creating and managing CICD pipelines automating infrastructure and ensuring system reliability This role involves providing technical leadership collaborating with development and operations teams and ensuring that software delivery is efficient secure and scalable Key responsibilities also cover infrastructure management monitoring security and mentoring other engineers.
- Lead and mentor Manage and guide a team of DevOps engineers provide technical leadership and mentor them on best practices CICD and automation
- Design build and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery CICD pipelines automate build test and deployment processes
- Infrastructure management Architect implement and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure often in cloud environments like AWS Azure or GCP
- Monitoring and optimization Implement and oversee system monitoring logging and alerting to identify and resolve issues and optimize performance and resource costs
- Security and compliance Drive security best practices and compliance initiatives throughout the development and deployment lifecycle
- Collaboration Act as a bridge between development operations and other stakeholders to align
- DevOps strategy with business objectives
- Incident response Lead incident response efforts and perform validation testing during production deployments
Your Profile
- Strong experience with CICD tools and processes
- Expertise in cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP
- Proficiency in scripting and infrastructureascode tools
- Experience with monitoring and logging solutions
- Leadership and team management experience
- Understanding of security principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
