- Modern React - You're comfortable with hooks, component composition, and managing state

- Remix or Nextjs (or you're excited to learn remix ) - You understand how to navigate the frameworks and how SSR works
- Testing - You've used tools like Vitest, Jest, or Testing Library to test components and user flows
- Communication - You write clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and give kind, constructive feedback
- A keen eye for UX - You'll work with our UX team to adjust project requirements
- Contribute to front-end projects of all sizes-from improving engagement to building new journeys from the ground up
- Write clean, maintainable code (we'll support you as you grow your skills)
- Participate in code reviews and share feedback
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, QA, back-end and mobile developers
- Take part in knowledge-sharing across our wider front-end community
- Work with your Tech Lead to shape a clear career path
