Finance/ Special Situations Counsel
Job Description
We’re currently working with a leading US law firm in London that is looking to hire a senior finance lawyer with special situations/ restructuring experience. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions alongside some of the most respected names in the market. The client base is diverse and includes top-tier funds, banks, and alternative capital providers.
Compensation is Cravath with 8PQE salaries starting north of £325,000 + bonus of $100,000+
