Senior PM (Product Builder) (Hiring Immediately)

Benivo Limited
London

At Benivo, we’re building the next generation of enterprise SaaS for Global Mobility — and we’re looking for a Product Builder to help shape what comes next.

This isn’t a traditional Product Manager role. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just define what should be built, but is excited to build it themselves .

Reporting directly to our Chief Product Officer, Alex Tzukerman, you’ll own a product domain end-to-end: understanding user problems, setting direction, analysing data, shaping solutions, prototyping with AI tools like Claude Code, and working closely with engineers to bring ideas into production.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Own a product domain, including its vision, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
  • Get close to our users, clients, internal teams, workflows, and data to identify high-value problems.
  • Use Claude Code or similar AI coding tools to build, prototype, test, and iterate on product capabilities.
  • Turn business problems into practical solutions across UI, APIs, integrations, workflows, data, and automation.
  • Work closely with Engineering to take ideas from prototype to production-ready SaaS features.
  • Understand and shape API integrations, data flows, authentication, webhooks, error handling, and edge cases.
  • Use data and product judgment to decide what to build, automate, configure, or deprioritise.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Operations, and external partners to turn real customer needs into scalable solutions.
  • Communicate clearly, document decisions, and keep teams aligned.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Product Builder, or similar role in a SaaS or B2B technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding tools to build features, prototypes, automations, or internal tools.
  • Strong technical fluency and a practical understanding of APIs, integrations, data structures, authentication, webhooks, logs, and system behaviour.
  • Enough SQL and data skills to investigate problems and understand product impact.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools such as Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, or similar.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to balance user value, commercial impact, effort, risk, and strategy.
  • Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
  • Comfortable working with remote engineering teams and moving quickly without creating chaos.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset and a willingness to work through ambiguity.

This role is for you if…

You’re a builder, not just a coordinator .

You enjoy taking a messy problem, figuring out what actually matters, and turning it into something that works.

You’re comfortable talking to users, looking at data, understanding how systems work, experimenting with AI tools, and getting your hands dirty rather than waiting for someone else to build the first version.

And you’re excited about the idea that AI is changing what great Product Managers can do themselves .

At Benivo, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape that new way of building product - while solving meaningful problems in Global Mobility for enterprise clients around the world.

Benefits

  • Hybrid working: one to two days per week in the office (King’s Cross)
  • 33 days paid annual leave, including bank holidays which are flexible - you may choose to work on bank holidays and take the day off elsewhere in the year
  • Flexible start-end times (core hours are 10am - 4pm)
  • A yearly generous wellbeing cash-allowance
  • PayLater cash advance - financial assistance for large personal expenses (e.g moving house, furniture, etc)
  • Work remotely from 30+ countries for one month per calendar year
  • Enhanced employer pension contributions of up to 5%
  • Share options in the employee’s options plan
  • Company social events and team celebrations
