About Us:
We are a professional services recruitment agency, passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates. We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Operations & Admin Assistant to join our small, friendly team for a maternity cover, starting ASAP for a 14 month initial contract.
Your role as Operations & Admin Assistant
This role is a mix of operations, general admin, and marketing admin to support the smooth running of the business, our Directors and our consultants
You'll be the go-to person to keep the business running smoothly and help us deliver a fantastic experience for our consultants and clients. On any given day you'll play a key role in keeping the business organised, efficient, and growing.
General & Operational Admin:
- Formatting and creating branded documents for consultants and directors
- Supporting the directors with day-to-day admin tasks
- Organising and preparing packs for various meetings and events
- Managing new starter checklists, onboarding, and set-up processes
- Processing operational inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day office running
- Acting as main contact for office management duties
Marketing Admin:
- Assisting with social media posts and online presence
- Supporting marketing initiatives, such as webinars and campaigns
- Helping create and format marketing materials and communications
Skills & Experience Needed :
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in operational or office support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with marketing admin or social media is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
- Proactive, adaptable, and happy to take ownership of tasks
- Ideally someone with experience in recruitment or professional services (but not essential)
