Production Intern
Chelsea Peers is looking for an organised, enthusiastic Production Intern interested in fashion and content production to join the Brand Marketing team in Chiswick , London , 2–3 days a week, until Christmas.
Based in our Chiswick office, the successful applicant will work closely with the Production Assistant, Junior Producer, and Creative Content Producer in a hands-on role supporting the preparation and delivery of campaign, e-commerce, and social shoots. With guidance from the team, the Production Intern will help with everyday production tasks and gain practical experience of how fashion shoots come together.
Much of the role involves practical tasks, including organising samples, packing for shoots and assisting on set, alongside research and administrative support.
Responsibilities of the Production Intern
Pre-Production:
- Help research locations, props and shoot suppliers, following briefs from the production team.
- Support booking administration, including updating trackers and collating supplier details.
- Help collect, check and organise samples, working with the Buying team as directed.
- Assist with packing samples, props and materials for shoots, and unpacking them afterwards.
- Keep shoot storage tidy and help maintain sample and prop inventories.
- Help collate information for call sheets and assist with courier and travel arrangements.
- Gather competitor imagery and seasonal e-commerce references when requested.
Shoots:
- Support the production team on photoshoots as required.
- Help unpack and organise samples, steam garments and keep the shoot space tidy.
- Assist with preparing and moving props and shoot materials under the team’s guidance.
- Help organise refreshments and catering, run errands and flag any issues to the production team.
Post-Production:
- Help check imagery against product lists and flag missing images or obvious errors.
- Assist with naming, resizing, filing and organising imagery in Dropbox, following the team’s processes.
- Support image uploads and preparation of assets for wholesale partners and marketplaces, following supplied specifications.
- Help update image specification documents and delivery trackers as directed.
- Assist with returning samples, props and styling items to the correct teams or suppliers.
- Provide general production admin support, including organising invoices and updating records.

- An interest in fashion, photography and content production, with enthusiasm to learn.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling samples and files.
- A reliable, proactive approach and willingness to help with everyday practical tasks.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Willingness to ask questions, follow guidance and adapt when plans change.
- A minimum of basic confidence using Microsoft Office and file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox.
- Availability to work 2–3 days a week until Christmas, with flexibility for early starts and late finishes on shoot days.
- Experience through study, a placement or a personal creative project is a plus.
- An interest in capturing behind-the-scenes content is a plus.
