Key responsibilities include:
- Developing category strategies that enhance commercial performance, customer proposition and competitive positioning.
- Owning revenue, margin and budget targets, driving growth through effective commercial planning and execution.
- Leading and mentoring category teams, creating a high-performance culture focused on development and accountability.
