French-Speaking Key Account Manager
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer retention and revenue expansion
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic account planning and consultative selling
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to customers
- Lead renewals, commercial negotiations, and account growth discussions to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM records while collaborating with internal teams to maximise customer value.
